Recent engagements in the region include designing UEFA's women's football strategy blueprint, developing a new 10-year strategy for the Commonwealth Games Federation, advising host cities on Rugby World Cup bid strategies, and supporting multi-club ownership groups and investors on portfolio valuation and commercial due diligence.
